Alfa Insurance Looks Forward to Leverage Guidewire's InsuranceSuite
FREMONT, CA: Alfa Insurance collaborates with Guidewire for its software solution called InsuranceSuite for underwriting, policy administration, claims management, billing, and client data management. Guidewire is a software provider for property and casualty insurers. Alfa Insurance, with its wide array of insurance products looks forward to leverage the Guidewire solution to provide customer-centric services.
The suite comprises of ‘Guidewire PolicyCenter’ which helps agents, underwriters and service representatives in managing policies. They are assisted by the software in dealing with changes, renewals and audits of the policies throughout the policy lifecycle. The ‘Guidewire Rating’ feature enables product specialists to manage rating for policy transaction processing. The Guidewire Reinsurance Management feature helps reinsurance managers and underwriters to administer proportional and non-proportional treaty and facultative agreements.
Regarding the billing & receivables management the ‘Guidewire BillingCenter’ manages all types of direct and agency bills and it also helps billing specialists and service representatives in billing. The Guide Claim Center helps adjusters in settlement, litigation and recovery. The Guidewire Client Data Management feature provides vantage point for the support team in better serving the customers with core insurance processes. With InsuranceSuite, Alfa Insurance can achieve increase in its speed to market, strengthening its agent and customer network with better service experience, and enhance operational efficiency through standardizing policy administration, billing management and claims handling processes, flexibility to comply with national and state regulations.
