“Having experienced first-hand how difficult it is to distinguish between providers, I wanted to create a marketplace to help companies both demonstrate their proficiencies and build their brand,” says Jeanette. The platform allows insurance professionals not only to locate service providers but view all the marketing material of the provider in one place to learn the most about the company that they can.
Claim Connect IQ helps service providers build their brand in the insurance industry and connect with insurance professionals that they may not normally market to. One of Claim Connect IQ’s many innovative features is the ability for users to rate and review the service providers from whom they receive services. These reviews provide an extra layer of information that is helpful for users looking to find the right provider. In addition, providers can post a wide range of educational materials, including podcasts and instructional webinars — all of which helps to educate the industry.
Two additional platform features to Claim Connect include iBid and iMatch. iBid allows insurance professionals to create a bid for work or assignments with their specific requirements.
The bid is then fed to approved service providers in that category, allowing them to accept ordecline the offer. The platform then notifies the member who placed the bid of the service providers who accepted their bid. For ease of use, all of this is stored in the members’ dashboard.

iMatch helps buyers of services during their request for proposal (RFP) processes to match them to the best serviceproviders for their company. iMatch has already connected multiple providers and buyers. In one such successful match, the lead executive at the buying organization commented that the culture of the two organizations matched perfectly, while the service provider acknowledged that the insurance company was not even on their marketing list. iMatch is continuously updating matching algorithms that will make the RFP processes more transparent and effective.
